Nelda’s 88th Birthday
This photo video was a simple little produced video that was created for the purpose of celebrating the birthday of a little 88 year old farm girl from Idaho. The focus here was to display images of those people that meant so much to the birthday girl.
The images were submitted from various people and due to time constraints of the upcoming celebration the video needed to be produced rather quickly which lead to the omission of correcting the photos and cropping them to bring a more professional piece. As you will notice some of these images were rather dark and not color corrected, however the final product was enough to add to the party atmosphere.
It was all a surprise to this cute little old lady as she walked into the building suspecting to find some cleaning material that her friend who was driving her around that day said they needed to pick up. When the door swung open and a crowd of more than 100 people yelled surprise and began to sing “Happy Birthday To You”, the tears freely flowed down her face uncontrollably as her little heart was filled with surprise, gratitude and love for the crowd that had come to wish her well one her 88th birthday.
